Sapota(Chikkoo) and Banana milk shake

Simple and healthy milk shake.This milkshake can be served as evening drink for kids or as breakfast during fasting days for elders.Kids who don’t like to eat fruits can enjoy
thoroughly in this milkshake form.Iam adding 1 tsp of Horlicks to enhance the flavour and taste of the milk shake .Here I present Sapota and Banana milk shake to satisfy our taste buds.Njoy Cooking, Serving n Savoring!

Ingredients:

Sapotas: Big 2 nos.

Banana: 1 no.

Sugar: 2 tsp

Milk: 1 cup(1 cup=250 ml)

Horlicks: 1 tsp

Method of preparation:

1. Rinse and peel the skin of Sapota ,remove the seeds and cut into small pieces.

2. Similarly clean the banana and finely chop into tiny pieces.

3. Take a mixer grinder put sapota and banana pieces,pour 1 cup of milk,2 tea spoons of sugar and one tea spoon of Horlicks and blend well to get smooth consistency.

4.Transfer the milkshake into glass and can be served immediately.image (4)
