Today I’ve planned to post my lunch menu # 4. This is very healthy and nutritious Andhra meal. The lunch menu # 4 has thotakura allam karam/amaranth leaves ginger curry, beerakaya pottu pachadi/ridge gourd skin chutney, Sorakaya/bottle gourd sambar along with hot steamed rice, dollop of ghee and curd.
