Sapotas: Big 2 nos.
Banana: 1 no.
Sugar: 2 tsp
Milk: 1 cup(1 cup=250 ml)
Horlicks: 1 tsp
Method of preparation:
1. Rinse and peel the skin of Sapota ,remove the seeds and cut into small pieces.
2. Similarly clean the banana and finely chop into tiny pieces.
3. Take a mixer grinder put sapota and banana pieces,pour 1 cup of milk,2 tea spoons of sugar and one tea spoon of Horlicks and blend well to get smooth consistency.
4.Transfer the milkshake into glass and can be served immediately.
